  Calculations are based on the following:  
  Cr represents creatinine in the serum or urine. Body surface area (BSA) was calculated using the DuBois formula.  
     
  Equations:  
  Na output (mmol) = eGFR * (BSA/1.73) * (CrSerum/CrUrine) * 60min * 3.25hr * (NaUrine/1000ml)
     
  Urine output (ml) = eGFR * (BSA/1.73) * (CrSerum/CrUrine) * 60min * 3.25hr
