  Na output (mmol) = eGFR * (BSA/1.73) * (CrSerum/CrUrine) * 60min * 2.5hr * (NaUrine/1000ml)
  Urine output equation:    
  Urine output (ml) = eGFR * (BSA/1.73) * (CrSerum/CrUrine) * 60min * 2.5hr  
  Cr represents creatinine in the serum or urine. Body surface area (BSA) was calculated using the DuBois formula.  In patients with extreme obesity (BMI >40 kg/m2) ideal body weight (Robinson formula) was used to calculate BSA.
